राहुल गांधी का इस्तीफा और कांग्रेस,
23 मई 2019 लोकसभा मैं करारी हार के बाद कांग्रेस में विद्रोही स्वर उठने लगे। राहुल गांधी ने जनता के समक्ष आकर किसी परिपक्व नेता की तरह ही हार को स्वीकार किया और भारतीय जनता पार्टी को उसकी जीत के लिए शुभकामनाएं दी। यहां तक कि सबसे पहली शुभकामनाएं उन्होंने अपने विरोधी अमेठी से चुनाव लड़ने वाली स्मृति ईरानी को दी। इसी बीच एक खबर ने सबको सोचने या हंसने पर मजबूर कर दिया । जी हां राहुल गांधी के इस्तीफे की खबर ने कांग्रेस की पुरानी मानसिकता को जगजाहिर कर दिया। जनता की राय को एक सिरे से नकारना कांग्रेस की परिवारवाद की सोच को ही दर्शाता है। इस तरीके से कांग्रेस के वरिष्ठ नेताओं ने राहुल गांधी को समझाया की कांग्रेश बहुत बुरी तरीके से हारने से बच गई।
आज भी गांधी परिवार कांग्रेस को अपनी जागीर ही समझ रहा है। आजादी के बाद से आज तक कांग्रेस ने गांधी परिवार के अलावा कोई भी दूसरा नेता प्रतिनिधित्व के लिए खड़ा नहीं कर सकी। चुनाव के समय प्रियंका गांधी को महासचिव बनाना और उनके पति रॉबर्ट वाड्रा का राजनीतिक संदेश देना भी यही दर्शाता है। आखिर प्रियंका गांधी को किस आधार पर महासचिव बनाया गया। इसकी कोई पृष्ठभूमि नहीं दिखती केवल गांधी परिवार में जन्म लेना ही आपको कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व के रूप में खड़ा कर देता है। कांग्रेसमें कभी बड़े-बड़े नेता हुआ करते थे लेकिन कभी भी पार्टी का प्रतिनिधित्व क्यों नहीं कर सके ? आखिर क्या कारण है कोई भी नेता या तो सामने नहीं आता या तो उसे हटा दिया जाता है। कांग्रेस की यह वंशवाद और पार्टी का उत्थान पतन किसी से छिपा नहीं है।
2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव के बाद 2019 में इतनी बुरी पराजय के बाद भी कांग्रेसमें कोई परिवर्तन नहीं दिखता।
कभी पूरे भारत का सिरमौर रहने वाली यह पार्टी आज एक तिहाई राज्यों में अपना खाता भी नहीं खोल पाई। 542 सीट में से यूपीए गठबंधन को 98 सीट मिलना, कांग्रेस पार्टी का हाल बयां करता है। और उसके बाद के नाम पर राहुल गांधी का भावुक होकर इस्तीफे की पेशकश करना बच्चों का खेल ही लगता है।
क्या गांधी परिवार ही कांग्रेस का मालिक है?
क्या गांधी परिवार ही कांग्रेस का मालिक है? क्या मां बेटे और जीजा की पार्टी का नाम ही कांग्रेस है? इसके बाद गांधी परिवार की आने वाली पीढ़ी भी कांग्रेस का नेतृत्व करेगी? कांग्रेसमें कोई भी नेता आगे नहीं आ सकता या आना नहीं चाहता या आने नहीं दिया जाता ? यह ऐसे सवाल हैं जिनका सीधा जवाब कोई भी कांग्रेसी देना नहीं चाहता। केवल गांधी परिवार की चापलूसी और चाटुखोरी पार्टी को गर्त में लेकर जा रही है।
आज राहुल गांधी अपने पैतृक गढ़ माने जाने वाले अमेठी में बुरे तरीके से हारने के बाद भी चेते नजर नहीं आ रही। शायद उनको अंदेशा पहले से ही हो गया था क्योंकि वडनाड से चुनाव के पहले अचानक नामांकन भरना यही दर्शाता है। जनता के बीच में इसका संदेश बहुत ही बुरा गया वही भाजपा उम्मीदवार स्मृति ईरानी लगातार जनता के बीच में डटी रहीं । यही एक नेता का परिपक्व होना और कर्तव्य परायण होना जब दर्शाता है।
सोनिया गांधी और राहुल गांधी का शपथ समारोह में शामिल होना परिपक्व राजनीति को दर्शाता है। किंतु समुचित संसाधन, एकजुटता, जनता के बीच में जाकर उनका मर्म समझना और उसी के अनुसार काम करना ही सफल राजनीति के लिए जरूरी है जिसका कांग्रेस में सर्वथा अभाव दिखता है।
