Domestic flights to resume from monday, May 25: Confusion continues

During Lockdown 4, Central Government is making more ease to people. Here a great news for domestic flyer to get board at flights. Domestic flights to resume from Monday, may 25, booking started but confusion continues. Many state government seems not prepared, their statements are not encouraging.

It had been more than 2 months since first stage of Lockdown. As per reports, it hit around 3.5 million dollar to Indian Aviation. Covid-19 cases are increasing with a rapid face. This virus is basically infecting world economy along with human life.

People are now accepting this condition and start to live with COVID-19. Basically we have no option or choices. We have to survive first and linger on all other activities.

State Governments’s Responses

Maharashtra Govt, Uddhav Thackeray said that we can not lift off all condition in Lockdown 4. We have to be more cautious as Mansoon is just ahead.

West Bengal Govt, Mamta Banerjee said that we are facing after shocks of Amphon cyclone. It will be more suitable to allow domestic flights after 30th May in spite of 25 May 20.

Other state are also not responding well on news of flight to start. All major metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Pune etc are in containment zone and red zone. There are no local transport in cities. Personal vehicles and Cab are now on road. Every passenger know that these we have to loose pocket at a very higher rates to reach at our destinations.

As per latest MHA guidelines, many do and don’ts are provided to passengers as precautionary measures of COVID-19. Arogya Setu with a green light is must for all such domestic traveller. In case of orange or red light in this app, passengers are not allowed to board at flight.

Social distancing, small pack of sanitizer, mask and gloves are other articles which every passengers must use. reporting 2 hours prior to the flight is necessary for following all such procedures at airport.

We hope that this decision of Government will help domestic customer and minimize loss of airlines. This will definitely support economic activity in country.
