ट्रेड वार : अमेरिका और चाइना
विश्व के पटल पर एक खबर जो की पूरे अर्थ जगत हिला कर रख दिया है. एक ट्रेड वार जो अमेरिका और चाइना के बीच में देखने को मिल रहा है. अभी हाल में ही अमेरिका ने चीन के द्वारा निर्यात उत्पाद पर कर 10% से बढ़ा कर 25% कर दिया है. चीन ने भी इस पर जैसे को तैसा की रणनीति पर काम करना शुरू कर दिया है.
हाल में ही ट्रंप कि नए ट्वीट मैं साफ कर दिया है की अगर ट्रंप दूसरी बार राष्ट्रपति बनते हैं तो चीन की राहें मुश्किल हो सकती हैं. यह खबर जंगल में आग की तरह फैलती नजर आ रही है. सारे विश्व के बाजार में उसकी हलचल देखने को मिल रही है.
हम जानते हैं कि अमेरिका लगातार खुद को पूरे विश्व का दादा ही समझता है और हर एक मामले में दखल देने को उत्सुक रहता है. यह अमेरिका के लिए कोई नई बात नहीं है. आज अमेरिका पूरे विश्व की सबसे बड़ी ताकत के रूप में खुद को स्थापित कर चुका है.

द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध की बात है जब मित्र राष्ट्र और धुरी राष्ट्र के बीच का युद्ध एक निर्णायक वाली स्थिति में जा रहा था. उस समय जापान के द्वारा अमेरिका के पर्ल हार्बर पर आक्रमण करने के बाद अमेरिका भी युद्ध में कूद पड़ा. वह समय था अगस्त 1945, जब अमेरिका ने दो परमाणु बम जापान के शहर हिरोशिमा और नागासाकी में गिरा दिया. यह थे “द लिटिल ब्वॉय” और “द फैट मैन”. जिसने जापान को घुटने टेकने को मजबूर कर दिया और अमेरिका का परचम पूरे विश्व में लहराने लगा. यह घटना विश्व की निर्णायक घटना रही.
द्वितीय विश्वयुद्ध के बाद अमेरिका ने विश्व के ताकतवर देशों के साथ मिलकर “संयुक्त राष्ट्र” का निर्माण किया. उस समय पांच ताकतवर देश अमेरिका, रूस, इंग्लैंड, फ्रांस और चीन अपने पास वीटो पावर रखते हुए विश्व के अन्य राष्ट्रों को भी उसमें सम्मिलित किया.
उसके बाद “कोल्ड वार” के समय रूस का विघटन होने के बाद अमेरिका ने विश्व कप अपनी ताकत का एहसास कराया.
आज इस टेक्नोलॉजी के समय में जब सभी देश औद्योगिक क्रांति के बाद एक दूसरे से आगे निकलने की होड़ में अग्रसारित है. स्वार्थ के टकराव हेतु देशों के मध्य मनमुटाव और युद्ध चलता ही रहता है. जिसका परिणाम पूरे विश्व को भुगतना पड़ता है.
