अर्जेंट जॉब ओपनिंग : कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष पद
बेरोजगारों के लिए यह खबर किसी खुशखबरी से कम नहीं है। कांग्रेस पार्टी ने 2019 लोकसभा चुनाव में बुरी तरह हारने के बाद बदलाव का मूड बना लिया है। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष माननीय श्री श्री राहुल गांधीजी ने अध्यक्ष पद छोड़ने का कठोरतम फैसला ले लिया है। किंतु कांग्रेस पार्टी में कोई भी ऐसा कद्दावर नेता या दमदार शख्सियत आगे आने का नाम नहीं ले रही। कांग्रेस पार्टी ने तो एक से ज्यादा अध्यक्ष पद भी रखने का फैसला किया है। जाहिर है की अध्यक्ष पद पर नई नियुक्ति के साथ ही सहयोगी यों और अन्य संबंधित कर्मचारियों की भी अदला-बदली हो सकती है। अगर हम बात करें तो यह बेरोजगारों के लिए किसी अर्जेंट जॉब ओपनिंग से कम नहीं है।
चारों ओर से मिली शर्मनाक और फजीहत होने से शायद राहुल गांधी को समझ में नहीं आ रहा है कि आगे क्या करें। बिना किसी मजबूत रणनीति और कुशल प्रबंधन के कांग्रेस पार्टी की नाव मझधार में डूबती नजर आ रही है । राहुल गांधी अपने इस्तीफे पर अड़े हैं और साफ कह दिया है कि अगला अध्यक्ष गांधी परिवार से नहीं होगा। सभी पुराने और समझदार कांग्रेसी नेता आगे आने से बच रहे हैं। इतिहास गवाह रहा है की गांधी परिवार के अलावा कोई भी कांग्रेस की अध्यक्ष पद पर सफल नहीं रहा है। कारण जो भी हो किंतु इतना तो तय है कि कांग्रेस पद पर जो भी होगा कांटों का ताज ही पहनेगा।
आगे कुआं पीछे खाई
पिछले कुछ बैठको और मंथन के बाद भी अपेक्षित परिणाम न निकलने के बाद कांग्रेस पार्टी के लिए “आगे कुआं पीछे खाई” नजर आ रही है। कोई भी कांग्रेसी नेता साफ तौर पर आने आगे से बच रहा है जबकि सभी हार का मुख्य कारण जानते हैं । इतना सब होने के बाद भी कांग्रेस सकारात्मक राजनीति की ओर कदम बढ़ाती नहीं दिख रही और नकारात्मक राजनीति ही उस पर हावी है। पिछले कुछ बयानों में यहां तक कहा गया कि अब हम सदा आक्रामक तरीके से अपनी बात रखेंगे। शायद कांग्रेस को नकारात्मक राजनीति ही भा गई है और जनता से बुरी तरीके से नकारने के बावजूद भी कांग्रेस उसी पर अड़ी हुई है। कांग्रेस शायद समझना ही नहीं चाह रही है कि उसकी हार का मुख्य कारण उसका कमजोर नेतृत्व है।
राहुल गांधी जमीनी हकीकत ना समझ कर केवल अपने रणनीतिक सलाहकार और चाटुकारों के बल पर ही अपना प्रबंधन करते हैं। कभी भी गरीबी ना देखने वाले गरीब का हाल क्या जाने। ” जाके पांव न फटी बिवाई वो क्या जाने पीर पराई” कहावत चरितार्थ करते हुए राहुल गांधी एसी के बंद कमरों में रहकर गरीबों को समझने की भूल कर रहे हैं। उनकी इस करनी को उनका बचपना ही कहना अतिशयोक्ति नहीं होगी।

किसी राज महल की तरह रहने वाले राहुल गांधी को जनता की नब्ज की कितनी पकड़ है यह कांग्रेस पार्टी और पूरा देश इस लोकसभा चुनाव में देख चुका है। किंतु इससे भी सबक न लेते हुए कांग्रेस के लिए तो गांधी परिवार ही भगवान जैसा दिखता है। सभी कांग्रेसियों के लिए तो गांधी परिवार ही सब कुछ है या कांग्रेस पार्टी का दूसरा नाम ही गांधी परिवार है। बिना गांधी परिवार के कांग्रेस पार्टी का वजूद वैसे ही है ऐसे ही है जैसे आत्मा बिना शरीर, जल बिन मछली।
हम सभी जानते हैं की सभी उठापटक और उहापोह के बाद भी गांधी परिवार कांग्रेसका सर्वा रहेगा। ना ही उसके बिना कुछ होने वाला है और नहीं कुछ बदलने वाला। कांग्रेश किया सोच पार्टी को कहां लेकर जा रही है यह तो आने वाला भविष्य ही बताएगा किंतु इतना तो तय है कि राहुल गांधी और पार्टी के लिए यह समय आसान नहीं है।
